What would be the best thing to wear while shopping on Rodeo Drive this spring?

I am taking a trip in late March to California and will be spending a day shopping on Rodeo Drive and all around there. While I’m not completely lacking in the style department, I want to make sure that I don’t look like a complete tourist either. Also, I’m 23, so I don’t want to dress too hoochie or too old either. Any suggestions are great, but only serious ones please!
